Carol Abadi B.Sc Physio MCSP AACP

Carol qualified from the University of Cape Town in 1986 where she worked with marathon runners, tri-athletes and everyday runners, cyclists and gym goers. She established her practice in Hampstead Garden Suburb in 1993 and it has grown from strength to strength serving the local residents with her friendly, compassionate, cheerful yet professional manner.  Carol has always been passionate about treating sporting injuries, back and neck pain and rehabilitation after surgery. Her aim is to motivate and educate her patients to help themselves with a daily, personalised exercise programme aimed at improving posture, core strength and flexibility.   Carol completed an acupuncture course in 2008 to complement her physiotherapy skills. Carol enjoys working with elderly patients finding it rewarding to restore their independence, confidence, strength and balance following a fall or surgical procedure.
