What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is the treatment of injury and disease by enhancing the body’s own healing process. It is important in rehabilitation and pain relief following soft tissue injuries and bone injuries. Physiotherapy includes an assessment to diagnose the injury, advice treatment and individual home rehabilitation programmes

Are you Registered with Insurance Companies?

Yes. We are registered with all major insurance companies. Patients are required to pay and claim back from their health insurance provider against a receipted invoice. We recommend that a valid authorisation is obtained before stating treatment.

How Much does a Treatment Cost?

Initial assessment, 45 minutes consultaion: £100

Follow up, 45 minutes consultaion: £95

Follow up, 30 minutes consultaion: £80

1 hour long consultaion in clinic: £135

Home visit, 45 minutes : **£140

** This covers local home visits at: N2, NW11, N3 and N6. Other postcodes may incur travel expenses.

Do I Need a Doctor/GP Referral?

A GP referral is not required unless requested by the patients insurance company.

Hampstead Garden Suburb in North London, N2.

15 Minute walk from East Finchley tube station, N2 (stops right outside our door) or a 10 minute H2 Hail and Ride bus journey from Golders Green tube station, NW11.

There is ample parking and no parking restrictions !

Our Clinic Opening Hours are:

Monday- Friday 8:15am-6:30pm, hours may change, see our booking site JaneApp for availability

Office hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm, Friday 09:00am-1:00pm, Closed on weekends and public holidays.

What Should I Wear to my Appointment?

Comfortable clothes. Men may want to wear a pair of shorts.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

A minimum of 24 working hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, in order to avoid charges. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no shows and last minute cancellations.
